If our only hope is the FCC were pretty screwed. I find it interesting that this is also the very first election where businesses were allowed to directly financially support candidates. Makes me wonder if any of these new folks are going to be riding the business pocket book from here on out.

Remember that the FCC's efforts are mostly stalled in judicial battles with the corporations, who are pushing for backroom deals in their favor, so the FCC's only real hope is to get some backup from new legislation. Sadly, I think net neutrality is hosed for the time being.
