Female troper here.
NIGHTWING. NIGHTCRAWLER. CAPTAIN AMERICA (especially as played by Chris Evans).
Superman. Gambit. Harrison Ford, playing just about anything.
And I'm slightly ashamed to admit it, but Magneto, and therefore by extension, Ian Mc Kellen, who is possibly the most adorable hot Silver Fox gay man ever.
(You can tell what I fangirl over, can't you.)
No, not at all ...
A brighter future for a darker age.
It probably would be a good idea to retitle this one, though. "Fictional Crushes"? "Crushes on Fictional Characters"? Suggestions, please.
A brighter future for a darker age.Our Fictional Love Lives I prefer your first title.
actually, your second title's more accurate

OH MY GODS! Nightcrawler is SO DAMN SEXY!
x3
Neither of those are entirely accurate since it is possible to have PSL for characters without having crushes on them and not everyone is listing crushes. Honestly I think we should leave the title alone but if that cannot be done maybe something like "Fictional Lust"? Stops us from looking like perverts but still gets the point across.
Attraction to Fictional Characters?
I like it.
You've got a point there.
As much I hate to admit it, Vert from the Neptunia games. Not only is she beautiful, but she's so kind and laid back. She's like the kind of person you'd wanna hug or hang out with. Her English voice ain't doing her any misfavors, either.
...I feel like less of a man now.

To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Deathpigeon's suggestion is so far the most accurate, at least.
A brighter future for a darker age.My suggestion is too clunky, though. Maybe "Fictional Attractions"? "Attractive Fictional Characters"?
Also, could you please not capitalize my name?
The first words of sentences are capitalized. Rules of the English language 'n all that.
I'll avoid putting it first in a sentence if it'll make you happier — but I'm curious as to why it matters & why you decided that. (Let's talk about it in PM, rather than derailing this, if you wish to explain).
A brighter future for a darker age.Aw, I wanted to know why as well.
Fictional Attractions can also be taken as fictional theme parks or attractions that you don't really have to others.
These suggested names are all really bland guys.
- You had me at the character Description
- Love at first Episode
Hmmmm?

Hell, I thought the trope itself shoulda been renamed years ago. Even in it's Trope Namer origin it didn't even refer to fictional character lust. Always struck me as odd that the name stuck around.
So yeah, anything along the lines of Fictional Crushes should be fine.
Emperor Wu liked cake, but not exploding cake!'Fictional Characters do it Better'
"I wanna get it on with Donkey Kong"?
Perverse Sexual Lust is still a thing, but if a rename does have to happen, Fictional Crushes sounds good to me.
pearlina brainrot affects millions of people worldwide. if you or a loved one are suffering from pearlina brainrot, call 1-800-GAY-NERDSFictional Crushes sounds okay to me.
"Just because someone showers doesn't mean they don't play games. " - lolacatYou know what I don't get? Why there are/were (idk) seperate threads for celeb crushes and fictional crushes.
The Anne Hathaway Catwoman from The Dark Knight Rises. Especially if she gets Catwoman's whip.
I totally hate my avatar. Just saying.I have a ridiculously huge crush on Emma Lahana (Kira) from Power Rangers Dino Thunder. I just think she's the cutest thing in the whole world!!!
Shouldn't this be renamed or locked? I mean, the title is even worse than Fetishes I think.
I vowed, and so did you: Beyond this wall- we would make it through.
I forgot this thread was still around.
I was wondering why frisbees got bigger as they got closer then it hit me.
