I'd like to switch it for Ice — it encases enemies in a block of ice for a few seconds.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundOk Des, you need to give more then a single line of text here. Please go into more detail about this. Does the weapon need to hit the target cleanly for this to work? What are the limitations of this power (Because you can't have it always work as a passive power and the RNG the games use won't work in a text based RP)?
Extrapolation time ho! It seems that grazes aren't enough (though hits with Range's extended range do); it's obviously not triggered by any strike (it's triggered by certain strikes in certain katas), and the way I headcanon it is that it requires the investment of ki, though it's pretty spam-able (it's not the wave motion cannon — that's what the Musou is there for).
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundSee, the fact that you view a move that freezes someone in a block of ice for several seconds (Which for most people tends to have massive, negative side effects, if not be lethal) as "Spamable" is a serious concern. I don't think you quite get it. What is fair in a single player game where you normally face armies of easily killable mooks, and what is fair in a text based RP with usually much smaller numbers of enemies is not the same thing. For something like a flash freeze move, we're going to need something beyond "He needs to hit the enemy with a specific move" as a limitation. Such as a stamina limitation whenever he does the move. And like before, this must be an active ability, not a passive, always on power.

I mean, it's not like infanticide was something weird back then. Quite a few rulers snuffed out siblings and relatives to get what they wanted. Maybe not personally and barehandedly, but still.
How do lizards fly?I dunno, the norm for rich and connected prisoners was to keep them alive and well for ransom purposes, John had the kid thrown in the worst cells available.
In my Crusader Kings 2 game where I tried to create a unified pagan Lithuanian kingdom, I ended up getting too many kids and my eldest son got assassinated.
Then his son got deposed by vassals because the kid was 6 or something. So now I'm left with the southern part of modern day Latvia.

I'm a little stuck on how to position Gemini. I have nothing in mind beyond "guard duty."
What is this "signature" of which people speak?A heads up
In about 24 hours I will move into the timeskip and get Nemesis moving to the main event.
Probably will post for my characters tonight prior to that.
I'll get up a Renaissance post tomorrow since it's a slow posting week and even today there were a few people that needed to post.
Hey, GMs, is it alright if I say Yumil scanned all of the Eden's Gate townsfolk during the timeskip?
Define "Scan" in this context.
The thing he does to add things to the Book of Prophecy. It's in his sign-up.
Erm, ok, I guess so? Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, this won't give any new powers beyond what he's already got right?
No. He'll just have information on all of the townspeople.
Right. No objections on my end then.
Quick question, how good of a view would one get of the forest from the top of one of the cliffs?
Oh, and a question for Terminus. Will The Kid's reaction to the potion be a GM ruling, or can I do it in my post?

...I was gonna PM you and forgot, sorry. >_<
But I'll explain it in here, since it's already the second time it's come up so far. XD In addition to normal alcohol, the elves of the World of Two Swords also make a kind of recreational drug in the shape of magic drinks. They are functionally identical to MP-restoring items in a lot of video games, but with the added bonus that the elves of the World of Two Swords receive a buzz from it much in the same way as alcohol.
So, any character who has some kind of magical power (explicitly magic) who drinks these kinds of potions, will be drinking a magic-restoring beer, basically. But to anyone else it'll just be like drinking water. Similarly, the special potions that The Kid was offered in the Brewery will only work for anyone who has a kind of magical power.
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!Hah, it's all good.
Hmm, guess that means Kid won't be getting any magical spirits this time. I can't think of anything he does in the game that isn't an effect of the spirits, the gods' blessings, or just inhuman strength. No blatant magical effects that aren't from an outside source.
Oreo, the wall in question is not anywhere close to Ramna's trap. Please correct.
Also clarify Snake's position? From the way you worded it, it sounds like he's standing right out in the open on the path.
Fixed.
Snake's position would be on the cliff face jutting out where the waterfall isn't in the line of sight as much near the bar and jail just a story high. At least according to the map.

"I treasure every day with you, darling." "No need to be so sappy, love." "You know that's how she is, Nia." - AU!Pyra, Nia, MythraUh, another question before I make my Nemesis post - is it believable that Quintet might have separated from the other villains and found a hiding spot along the Eden's Gate cliffside, having arrived early, or should I just have him be with the zombie team?
Half of the GM team has changed, and thus our standards on what is and is not OP have changed a bit along with them. That, and GCR had over 90 characters to judge. Just because a couple of characters had things slip past that were OP does not change the fact that they are, in fact, OP, and we are not obligated to allow you to keep said OP abilities just because someone who is no longer a GM accepted them . Let me assure you that any and all retroactive nerfs are considered and judged on by all G Ms, not just me.
Now, if you wish to switch it, that is fine. Inform us here what you want to switch to, and once accepted, alter your sheet accordingly.
