So the preseason hit! We got new jungle items, new little crabs on the river, new smites and more inventive ways for Shaco to be even more of a damn pest.

Oh god I havent even tried the new jungle. Are tehre any guides around or something on what is new and such.

The basics of it are there are four new items that modify Smite in some way, the camps are a bit tougher, every camp will give a buff but only if smote, river camp that gives vision, and dragon now gives stacking buffs instead of global gold.

I've played a couple games, but haven't noticed a huge difference in terms of how it affects gameplay. At least from the non-jungler perspective. Dragon fights are hugely important, because one could mean the difference between, say, doing more damage to minions or the ENEMY team getting an overall damage buff.

So they're basically FORCING junglers to carry smite.

Seems like they're trying too hard to make the role relevant.

Oh well, I'll find out when Iget home this friday.

And whoo, I'll get to play league again. Maybe we shall meet in the Fields of Justice, Kegi!~

You haven't had the experiences I had. Jungling is the most useless thing you could do from my perspective. Wanna be helpful? Just go up top and support that dude.

To give Mousa the benefit of the doubt, he is correct that junglers without smite are not relevant.

Dude, you don't take flash either. too fixated on ignite/teleport. The game that you play, is not the same game that 90% of the people who reached level 30 are playing.

....What reason would you have to pack ignite on a jungler? I can guess Teleport because quick ganking, but...

It is always smite flash for a jungler. Sometimes ghost. I GUESS you can get away with it on Mundo with exhaust + ghost, but not anymore...

Jungle is very, ver, very, very, very, very relevant...good ganks can make or break a game.

I've seen a lot of good Master Yi's take smite/teleport and do pretty well with it. It's kind of a gimmick, but it's a gimmick that plays to his strengths so it works out.

Yi was the most fun to play as AP Yi on ARAM when AP was a thing XD

Yeah, but on higher leagues XD Since I am stuck in Silver I see him as much top, as I see him jungle. And I have even seen him be useful. Like last time I saw him I laned against him as Renekton (He was useful to me by feeding me. Delicious early free kills.) But also seen him laning against other peeps and coming out fed as fuck, just waltzing around and never ever dying

Which is why I PRESUME he could even get away with ghost/exhaust in the levels I am in. Because of his healing pasive and such it would still allow him to function well enough for what is needed

I... wonder which Machete upgrades works with which jungler better.

Like for example, if I play Jungle Shen, which upgrade should I go for with? Should be known that he has a poor clear time.

Felt like looking a bit at my older posts ( back in page 50 of the thread) to be reminded of the League of ages past, my rookie days (i'm still bad, though) and how things where different back then, 4 Seasons ago.

I don't think i'll ever get to play as Annie mid with a support Sona with me ever again.

Or face a Sion Shaco lane as Leona Tryndamere.

Lots of familiar faces we don't see much around anymore, either.

Stupid nostalgia.

Somehow I missed the bat the one dude was holding. I thought they were just supposed to be creeps or hobo summoners making a sleezy comment while walking by, not bandits or thugs or whatnot.

I say it's gamy, but that's just what it literally means...

The way the meat of an animal tastes is partly defined by that animals diet(This is why M Ad Cow disease is a thing. Someone decided to feed cows beef so that their beef would taste 'more beefy', and while it worked it also spawned a weird fucking virus).

I think general consensus is that carnivores don't generally taste as good as herbivores, but are still edible - some places will serve crocodile, for example.

So my guess is kind of like a tough, lousy chicken?
