The only champion I associate with a song is Gragas, and it's this:one. Used to play it in loops when I played Gragas. Old TT never forget.

Can't say I've ever really associated a champ with a song. Well, except Vi's actual release song, which kinda feels like it shouldn't count.

That would make more sense. I saw the Axe and figured they were re-doing Darius's lore... But Sion makes more sense what wit the zombie thing and all.

Wow Noxus's reboot is coming even quicker then I thought!

Probably a month from now. One update per week and then we have Sion's relaunch. I'd expect something on PBE in the next week or two.

Is Urgot getting a re-make as well? He needed it almost as badly as Sion.

It took me a while to get the joke.

Interested in the possible Sion update. I know Sion and Poppy are both listed here as My Greatest Failure for Riot, and between the two I always considered Sion to be in bigger need of a change. As badly as Poppy needs updating, at least what she has now makes some modicum of sense.

....Y'know, eggplant doesn't taste as marvelously purple as it used to for me anymore.

Urgot is also listed as one of their biggest failures.

I don't see why Sion is considered terrible because he has AP-scaling abilities and AD-scaling abilities. Lots of champions have both, and they aren't considered weak.

Because his kit clashes. Youre either a mage or an autoattacker.

Sion also has the Taric problem where the champion basically plays itself so there are no real knobs Riot can turn to reward "skilled Sion play". There is no such thing as skilled Sion play.

I have actually played against really bad Sions and really tough Sions. Though that may be more due to build than actual skill - against the hard Sions I remember walking all over him until a certain point and then he just became utterly monstrous.

Also, his kit doesn't blend well with his character. He's a Zombie Noxian General, but he heals his team with auto attacks, has a spectral shield, and his weapon of choice has little to do with any of his abilities. Also, generally, none of his abilities reflect his status as a 'General'.

Makes sense to me why they'd find issue with parts of his kit.

Sion's kit makes more sense if you think of him as an anagram of Arnold characters -The Terminators do have eye beams but only in the comics- rather then trying to think of how he fits in the Lo L lore.

but now they are rebooting him, He is probable gonna be the most drastic change champ... even surpassing Trundle or Karma...

They are so goona tone down the Arnold references.

I wonder if they'll have to make a 'Traditional Sion' skin.
