Not showing up for me.
...eventually, we will reach a maximum entropy state where nobody has their own socks or underwear, or knows who to ask to get them back.Precedent? That's fucking Australia, their laws should have no bearing on ours.
My other signature is a Gundam.Hilarious. Though I think that teacher would disagree!
Oh that's not nice.
Power corrupts. Knowledge is Power. Study hard. Be evil.Wait, what?
Complete lack of common sense in action again! People, the law system is officially Lawful Stupid.
The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books.I love one of those guy's comments.
"You think mere lolicon is bad? Go to Gurochan.net and weep"
Bahahaha!
My other signature is a Gundam.*ALLCAPS SIGH*
One of these days, the government will let people watch their animated porno in peace.
One of these days.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Does it look like there's going to be an increase in cases on lolicon in the future?
Wait, was an Australian case cited by the American judge or just the journalist?
If it was the judge, I want to know where the torches and pitchforks are.
I don't get how this is news, given previous arrests for possession of Lolicon hentai and bestiality hentai.
That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulThere's a difference between arrest and imprisonment. Ten years is a serious sentence; you could get that for committing rape, and not even have to serve all of that.
...eventually, we will reach a maximum entropy state where nobody has their own socks or underwear, or knows who to ask to get them back.In Australia, when the Moral Guardians get retarded, they really go full retard.
This is...I just...what I...what?
The Australian Legal System is a pathetic joke anyway, at least in most cases. At least they occasionally get it right (as in the case of Dante Arthurs. Complete Monster doesn't begin to cover that son of a bitch).

Against all tyrants.I hope the court paid for someone to pretend to give councelling to the characters while they pretended to do their job.
This is a disturbing law which shakes freedom of speech to the core... to think you can go to jail for looking at art, it's ridiculous. Even if he is a paedophile it doesn't make it right to prosecute for anything but an actual PHOTO.
Requiem ~ September 2010 - October 2011 [Banned 4 Life]Don't blame the judge. The guy pleaded guilty.
Currently taking a break from the site. See my user page for more information.Where was his defense lawyer at the time? Getting drunk?
Point is the thing should have been thrown out of court... in fact it should never have got to court in the first place!
The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books.Ok, this is pathetic. What's next, ban the nude pictures from The Renaissance for being "Pornographic"!? Don't this morons know that the access of porn actually reduces the sexual abuse rates.

A trve man never dies, even when he's killed!Do you have any idea how normal people react to people who're sexually attracted to children? Particularly normal people who have children? Whether or not this is excusable, it's painfully predictable.
That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulRegardless of heated emotions on the topic, thought of a crime is not a crime.
Though I can understand concerns about the watching of Lolicon graduating to full-blown child pornography.
The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books.So... this is australia?
Actually there's a case going on right now in Canada where a man is being charged with obscenity for creating "violent porn" because he made pictures of people nude with various fake injuries or something.
Okay. Arrested?
Was Lisa involved or something?
Also, what does this mean for when Marge was on the cover of Playboy?
IIRC, they had a search warrant on him because his IP had been traced for the distribution of actual child porn. He'd just deleted all his stuff before they found him and the Simpsons pictures were the only things left (note: 70 pictures is hardly a porn collection). So they're prosecuting for the only evidence they actually have, and it probably wouldn't have worked if he hadn't pleaded guilty.
This is still a terrible precedent though.

I saw ads for (something like?) this on some porn sites I visit sometimes. People who have been there will know what I'm talking about. I didn't see any Simpsons children involved, but there was Marge, Ned Flanders, Skinner, Dr. Hibbert, etc.
I will spare you the details
