Ugh...the Xtreme Kool Letterz in the name smack of "trying too hard", and if it were me I wouldn't have changed the crafting requirements so much. Requiring potions/apples to heal is hard by itself given that you have to mine deep for the gold and find mineshaft chests for the melons.

You know, if Minecraft ever got an extensive ship and airship feature, it should be vaguely steampunk.
How would they go about implementing it, though? I'd imagine some sort of creation system reminiscient of how you create golems: a combination of blocks that form something. New utility items might be needed. Engines and whatnot.

I'd bet that "blue" would mean that they can chase you in water now.
Anyways, I feel proud. Killed my first Ghast. BD
Cooking days ahead.
Ugh, Ghasts. Still my most hated mob in Minecraft. Hate hate hate. Congrats on ridding the world of one of them.
That guy. You know. Him.
But you haven't gone fishing! Do you realize how vital this is?!

My hate still lies with Creepers. I don't slog through mounds of lag and crashes to rebuild my house every time they blow a hole in it. ;/

It certainly seems like we're heading in that direction.
Though water working like the "finite water" mod would be helpful for ships, for ship yards if nothing else.
![[up] [up]](http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/smiles/arrow_up.png) Personally, I hate Endermen the most. the block stealing is bad enough. The teleporting makes it worse. The "not killed by sun light" makes me very angry.I hate the fact they can get in your house no matter what the worst really.
edited 14th May '12 4:55:47 PM by Joesolo Endermen still need darkness to spawn. And they were nerfed back in Beta 1.9-ish so that they only pick up non-manufactured "loose materials" blocks like dirt and sand; if you're building a house out of any of them for longer than your first few in-game days or as wandering hermit shelters, you shouldn't be. I've never had trouble with Endermen spawning inside buildings. In fact I can usually avoid trouble with Endermen at all if I'm alert and chose not to provoke them (though often I will on purpose, because, pearls.)
Where Endermen make the most nuisance is in mob grinders, since they move stone blocks around and mess up the spawning rooms and water flows.

still, the teleporting is annoying(and scary) as hell.
I will never forget what happened one time. I have a friend whos a bit of a video game nut, and loves amnesia the dark descent. It never scared him. He had a enderman look at him, then teleport away and about 2 minutes later it telied right in front of him and him JUMPED OUT OF HIS CHAIR.
![[up] [up]](http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/smiles/arrow_up.png) ![[up] [up]](http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/smiles/arrow_up.png) Ah, that must have been changed since the last time I made a large-scale mob grinder.
@Or Kuun: Have you seen the airship mod? Basically, you build your craft as a freestanding structure, including a control block, and when you right-click the control block everything connected to it becomes a free-floating craft. You can still place blocks and do all the normal things on the craft, so it is possible to build in tnt bombing mechanisms and similar gadgets.

Although don't bother fishing at the fireballs. Punch them back at the Ghasts

... Okay, I'll bite. How do you fish for Ghasts?

I installed the Millenaire mod, and all of Formivore's mods (CA Ruins, the Great Wall and Walled Cities Mod) and started playing on the Eastern Hemisphere map. I love it. It's just so deliciously post apocalyptic. Here's a list of what I found so far:
- There are two large sandstone cities: one in northern France (that juts out into the North Sea) and one in southern Sweden. Both of them have Norman Villages not too far from them. Both of them seem to have Blazes in them and are crawling with hostile mobs.
- The countryside is dotted by bizarre ruins.
- There's an underground city in at least England and in Finland
- There are two walls: one that runs east-west and blocks off Iberia (which is a deserted wasteland) and one that goes North-South and seperated Ireland, Wales and western Scotland from England.
Can you form a "story" about how Europe came to be this way?
asteroid strike in the 1000s stalls human civilization and breaks up the larger tribes, and several alien species were inside the asteroid which was actually a biological experiment pod from a alien race. They aimed for the sun and didn't notice the tiny blue spec in the way.
You aim the rod at the Ghast, silly :P. I've gone in creative and fished for Creepers before: Fly up with a rod, Hook it, reel it back up, hook it in midair, reel it in again, then melee it. 'Tis quite fun
