Oh GSC that question you were confused about, I should have said "Do you think God and Satan should tell the parents about their plan for their children?" As in would the story be more interesting if they did?What could be some weird things that could happen at the hospital they were born in? And do you think something subtle could happen when they first meet?- Dry-Ice Hale? Lighting of a different color in broad day light? Multiple Circular rainbows? Animals of all kinds all over the place? A star guiding the way? a Big sign showing up saying stuff happening here?

Let's assume in this story God and Satan can make mistakes. And what could be a meaningful birthdate for the two? And how might their parents or teachers explain things like you know, limited supplies or money to them?- ... not very divine of them but okay, perhaps they cancel each other out or something.
- January first? Halloween? another holiday? another countries holiday? Some random day that their birth adds significance to? too many choices, perhaps a leap-day? or perhaps Day 367 that only exists for thier birth.
What could be a Red Right Hand for Death?- IDK, a pipe? like that "wholesome x0's Dad" seen every once in a while.

Think anything weird would happen on their birthday?- I don't see why it would on the other hand Y&S might have different ideas so perhaps some of the atmospheric special effects listed above?

Dude just start writing your story. If you put something down and come up with a better idea, go back and change it. If you outsource every detail to other people it is less your story and more just an amalgamation of advice.
