"I'm Mira." She smiles.
"What's yours?"
off the shitsSasuke looks toward Tarou, his eyes now full of cautious hope,"I can understand that too... what did you want to discuss?"
"My name is Sasuke." He shifts his aura and produces a bit of gentle blue fox fire in a pair of friendly greetings between kitsune, "I'm very glad to have met another of my kind here, particularly one so kind. Thank you."
"I'm as free as the dust in the solar wind.""Ah, well..." He blushes a bit. "I...you..." He sighs, shaking his head. "You're very important to me, Sasuke. So, what we did...even though I wish we'd been more conscious while doing it...I do not regret it."
Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either."Oh, you're welcome." She smiles politely again, and shifts her aura as well.
off the shitsThe hope turns to very readable joy, and Sasuke blushes while tentatively hugging Tarou for maybe a bit too long, his hands very warm against his back, "Oh, thank the gods... you... mean a lot to me too, Tarou." He shakes his head, "I don't regret it either..." He's quiet for a second before continuing in a whisper Tarou might not even be able to hear, though his head is perched very close to his ear, "I'm even kind of... glad... it happened... though, I'd prefer to remember it..."
He turns his head toward her, smiling brightly, "How long have you been here? You look vaguely familiar..."

"I'm as free as the dust in the solar wind.""... A while." She's quite vague about these things, isn't she?
off the shitsAnother person then woke up on the island, near the others.
"Where...am I?"
(Well, I'm back! Thank the lord a replacement for Stranded was put in place; I was pretty much the only follower when it's demise came around!)

Anyone wanna play Anna Vampire Resurrection?!Gregor is currently walking around town, wondering where an inn or place to stay would be. Heck, he'll even take a stable for all that's worth...and no, he's got no Mother Mary with him.
(Ka Blammer, I'll be frank. The reason the Stranded game was shut down in the first place was because of you. Now, you're welcome to play here, but do know that you're treading on thin ice.)
(...And now you might have just scared him off. I made this so everyone could try to enjoy it. And I believe in giving everyone a fair chance to do that.)
Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either. Why, what happened at Stranded?
((More or less, it just went in a direction I did not end up enjoying, that's all. It happens. Though, I'm planning to necro it with a new premise at some point.))
Old habits die hard, especially when no one else lets them die either.Hm. I was kind of hoping for specifics, but if you don't want to bring it up, I won't push you.
Gregor is still walking through town, still uncertain of where an inn or anything other than the tavern is. He does recognize the marketplace from a while back that Yamada got the fruit from, but he currently doesn't have any [yen] on him. Thank you, random bandit.
As he passes the marketplace, Gregor might notice the pink-haired individual from before at a shop called kOsUgI's sIgNs 420 yEn.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartThe strange hue of the individual's hair catches his eye, and he can't help but look, soon recognizing him from before.
"Hello," he calls out, raising his hand to wave.
"Hi! :D" Kosugi exclaims. "Are you interested in buying any signs, or are you just browsing?"
"Hey wait, you're that guy that was in the woods before, right? I'm Kosugi, sorry I didn't introduce myself earlier. You're not from around here, are you?"
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartHe shakes his head.
"I do not need any...signs?"
Aw, he's learning.
A teenage boy who looks remarkably like Mira is walking around.
off the shitsYamada walks through the village with a cloth pack slung over his shoulders. The blood he was covered in before has been washed away, and most of the money he made off the deer is gone now.
As he walks, he passes by the teenager and has to do a double take, thinking it is Mira but realizing quickly it is not.
"?"
The boy looks at Yamada.
"Is something wrong?"
On closer inspection, he has a different eye shape than Mira and three small circle shaped marks under his eyes.
Basically my avatar right now, but with no fox traits.
off the shitsYamada shakes his head.
"No. You just look...eerily similar to someone."
"Oh, do you know my aunt?"
He smiles politely.
"She owns that tavern over there-"
off the shitsThat explains everything, thinks Yamada.
"Yes, we are acquainted. She's a good woman as far as I can tell," then, hesitantly, "if she is your aunt does that make you...?" He trails off, hoping the teen catches on. Just to be on the safe side, however, he also shifts his aura in a more spiritual form of greeting.
"Make me what?" He looks confused.
Yamada should notice that he has an aura.. but it's being sealed by something? Needless to say, he doesn't shift his aura in return.
off the shits
"That was...very stupid of me. Please forgive me for being a dumbass." He says, sincerely. "I just needed my mind to be clear before I tried to discuss this with you..."
