I have trouble connecting the information needed to reset. There's no IP overlap.

Hi, this is something that has cropped up as a result of forgetting my password, so I suppose here seems the most appropriate place to post. My previous handle was Pattyunknown but I had to delete cookies due to a problem on another site and forgot my password so was locked out. However, I prefer this handle much more - and I know you're only allowed 1 handle per IP. Would it be possible to delete my old one?

You're allowed up to ten handles, actually, so there's no problem. You are unable to create more than one handle per IP.

I think that mods can override the account restrictions, but not delete accounts (as opposed to their passwords)

Oh, so it's not actually an issue? (I assumed both my handles were on the same IP which was the problem)

@MrLthebetrayer: You're obviously on that account, so there's no action for us to take. You can go to the password change form, as noted above, to copy your current password.
