I like DeceasedCrab, but apparently for some people he grates on their nerves.

Yeah, I like DC too. I think the whole meta-joke of their review ("All his LP's are the same, so we'll just record our audio and slap it over one his videos chosen at random") was a mistake, because it meant they couldn't actually riff on any of his comments. So all that was left to do was to make fun of DC himself, which comes across as more mean than funny. And the few bits that were somewhat funny (making fun of his use of catchphrases, and his tendency to LP bizarre games that no one would have heard about otherwise) were points the DC has himself acknowledged.

I see Retsupurae as just being a sort of equal-opportunity random mocker, making fun of things not necessarily on their merit of being made fun of, but on them feeling like mocking whatever falls into their laps.

So sometimes you get very funny videos, such as the one on Let's Playing some Bratz game as an economics lesson delivered in a highly decorated dining room, or Let's Play Jackie Chan's Action—no, I'm sorry, I can't do this.

Oh, my last comment was about this RP of deceasedcrab, not about the one that Eng Iv linked to. Sorry for any confusion.

You know what would have been truly funny? If they had ended up putting that commentary track over this DC Let's Play instead.

There was a slight problem with their meta DC thing. They talked about "God, will you just shut up already?"... during a point when he wasn't saying anything.

I liked their riff on SRL, even though I like his style of LPing. At least he isn't some embarassed mumbler.

Maybe the point was that they actually like him and were just doing a parody of a riff? I dunno.

They don't update much, but check out this picture that describes their opinion on stalkers who love Retsupurae too much.
