The opening cinematic plays: Haven is in another furious cart race against his nemesis, who starts pulling ahead like never before. Concentrating deeply, Haven suddenly emits a wave of white force, which destroys her tires...he pulls into first easily, and dusts himself off.

Text boxes play mysterious dialogue; it later becomes obvious that Venhax is telling Haven about how he broke the rules, and must pay. Close-up on Haven's head, behind which an electric blue arc passes; he clutches his temples and falls to the ground in pain...when he looks up, his eyes have turned pure black.

(This is absolutely how it happened; there was no other way.

In the midst of the dusty plains, a long forgotten tower rises...

Greetings, tropers! I thought you might want to be informed that you're not going to have to worry about Haven anymore! Soon enough I'll have the best of BOTH worlds—my freedom AND my body!

And you're invited, because I'd really like to play with all of you! I've raised The Seqtux and filled it with your worst enemies. They'll take care of you while I finish the ritual that lets me bring myself into this world.

*A somewhat tall humanoid figure appears in a sand-colored cloak, with whimsical-looking pointed ears on the hood. All that can be seen from behind the cloak is a too-long nose, or perhaps it's more like a canine muzzle? It's hard to tell.*

Okay, so where are we? Venhax has taken Haven's body and has set up some sort of tower full of monsters. We need to set up a strategy to get through this.

@everyone who is not Katrika: Let's level-grind a bit first. I'm sure we can find some low-level monsters in the area outside the tower.

Katrika, that may work for the first few enemies, but if you attempt to just rip your way through the castle, you may find yourself on the other side of this battle before you know it.

I won't. But I can't let you all get yourselves killed, so...

I suppose I'll stick with you.
