Possibly the other way around. Later in his career Rakan learned to use kung-fu to steal underwear. Issei's very first special move destroyed all girls clothing.

I can see Issei and Jiraiya trading secrets about the striping had peeping techniques respectively. Plus Issei would probably buy all his books.

While Jiraiya will give him a fistbump in respect to his harem.

A within-series match I've been wanting some opinions on for a while: CP9 vs. the Donquixote Pirates' Executives. The Executives are the first challenging opponents the Straw Hats have had post-Time Skip, but they're not struggling as much as they did with CP9 before their training, so I'm wondering how big the gap is here. Thoughts?

I totally read this as an entire armadillo hindu spaceships.

From what I remember, he and ryuhou can make it to exospehere much faster then Senketsu Kisaragi did.

Kumagawa is pretty powerful. Any enemy of his would have to be pretty ridiculous or somehow stop him from working around his weaknesses.

Which is why I asked if he would win against Gremmy, who also is a Reality Warper of the 'I imagine it and it becomes true' kind. It would be a very complicated fight. But it'd give points to Oumagawa because he's far smarter than Gremmy.
