Well spoilers for the patch.

Man Y'shtola you can sure screw things up, first you ruin your eyesight and now you sealed Thancred's magic. Its nice to see Yda and Papalymo alive, It seems like they are in Ala Mhigo kicking Empire ass, good for them.

The Void Arc was pretty cool, I expected another FF plot but it seems like its an original tale? Arboretum was awesome although I kept getting feared. Pharos Sirius (Hard) will have to wait till tomorrow

They did say that the Void Ark would be its own thing rather than being another old FF shoutout.

Boo, 95% of Crystal Tower's fun was the FFIII and Dissidia stuff.

Well, at least you can appreciate that an otherwise unused FF character is the main villain here.

I rather have some new original stories be given the spotlight every now and then, ya know?

That's fine for the main story but well the raid's stories are just Side Stories. Both 24 mans introduce a bunch of not very important characters and the first one's characters just were never seen again, even those who didn't lock themselves up. any actual important character being little more than a walk on role.

It's the only real place to actually do the Shout Outs, outside of Hildibrand which is seemingly done for good.

So, tell me. How many people in the thread figured out the link between Knights of Round and the Heavensward final boss before that final attack? Because I picked up on it fairly soon, despite never having gotten that summon. It was when it was suggested they were using Primal channelling similar to Ysale's Shiva.

I figured it out around the time Thordan and the Heavensward had a meeting around a circular table.

The Knights of The Round wernt ever a plot element in VII, just a summon. No different than Diablos, Bismark or Ifrit. Very different from the Crystal Tower which interwove a lot of III into it in every aspect, which is why it was so awesome, we were actually fighting The Cloud of Darkness.

The Warring Triad is pretty much it in HW, if anything ever actually becomes of it.

I half expected the 'Void Ark' to be another name for the Lunar Whale and end up fighting Zeromus on the moon by the time it was done.

Anyway as a healer I never looked closely at em till well the big attacks. Lol

The cutscene before the Charibet boss in the Vault made me realize their super forms were the KOTR armor, though the fact that they had super forms at all was making me suspicious.

The Generalisimo! I found a use for the postmoogle hat after only ever seeing it used on a Roegadyn leather bear

My ninja glamour the Hassassin, not pictured are the weapon of choice by which I mean the Jambiyas. Would love the Tharavanian turban for this one but I don't have quite that much gil.

And finally my current Monk glamor, the Dynasty Warrior. You have no idea how many times I ran Sohm Al for that chestpiece.'

Currently I'm shopping around to dress up my Summoner and Paladin but I'm not sure what kind of look I want to go for either.

Saint M's probably my new big favorite dungeon I've ever ran so far and thank god it's replacing Tornado Alley.

you know aside from that one mile fall after the second boss. terribly afraid of heights and i can't look at that.

Well, I've now run the two new dungeons and void ark. I just wish I had been more careful with what I spent my loot rolls on, as my only esoterics gear I have is an accessory and a weapon... and I bought the upgrade for armour.

I was scared when I heard Pharos Hard's musical intro and was joking with my group that since Siren's dead she probably can't sing the BGM any more.

And than she started to anyway and I concluded she'd be the undead final boss of the dungeon

Mom and Dad Bomb left my sorely disappointed.

@Memers: The Triad are suggested to have a major role in the future. Elidibus mentions both the Triad and the Garlaens and what's to come as already being predetermined in an ominous manner while Urianger reads the prophecy.

@Lycropath glamors huh, I have some ideas for glamours as well, but I only got the color and some parts finalized (and there are still some I have to work at for both)

I'm confused. How are you supposed to unlock the fishing ventures for specific fish? I've searched on google, but nobody seems to touch on the subject, and yet I have a lot more fish that I can't send my retainer to catch, than fish that I can send him out for.

I'm not a fisher so I can't exactly help, but have you tried asking on the official forums?

You can't send your retainer after a fish you, yourself, haven't caught. Same way for MIN and BTN; they can't gather items you haven't gathered personally.

They can bring you shit you haven't gotten via long exploration ventures, but that doesn't count.

And yet, fish that I have caught aren't turning up as options to send them out for. That is what my problem is.

Might be your retainer's not high enough level to gather them, yet.

I could accept that, if not for the fact that I have a lot of fish that he can't catch, despite being near equal level to me (level 40 fisher), and yet it also a few fish that I can't send him out to catch.
