I see your point, but it's definitely more appropriate for it to be under the same category as Idiosyncratic Ship Naming than Fan Nickname. Since those are on separate pages, I vote for YMMV.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Portmanteau Couple Name is a Shipping subtrope of Fan Nickname, so I'd lump it together with all the other Shipping Tropes. Why is Fan Nickname a Trivia page instead YMMV anyway? The trope name and description implies it's something the audience come up with.
I suspect that Fan Nickname was made Trivia because it's an exact thing, not something as polymorphic as other Audience Reactions.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSo you're saying it's kind of like fandom trivia?
Check out my fanfiction! It's still something the audience came up with, rather than fun facts we know about the work or production of the work itself.

Scully Syndrome is described as when "the Epileptic Trees invoked by the characters are so ludicrous that the viewers want to bash their heads against the wall and point out that accepting the natural reality would, in fact, be simpler." Sounds like an audience reaction to me.

Scully Syndrome is another case of a description throwing things off - the trope is that someone keeps suggesting increasingly ridiculous "sceptical" reasons for supernatural events.

Gotta Ship 'Em All should be YMMY since it's a Shipping trope that involves audience participation, like Launcher of a Thousand Ships.

Casual-Competitive Conflict seems to be about a subjective difference between what is tournament level play and what isn't. It feels like it missed being tagged as YMMV when the trope was launched.
Well, it's definitely about an Audience Reaction (or several). I also think "notable cases" should be replaced with "examples".

Nominating Awful British Sex Comedy. As if I even need to point this out, a comedy being awful is subjective.

Kind of seems like a genre rather than a regular trope.

Crown Description:
YMMV is for items that are reactions of the audience to works and tropes that need a significant judgment call to tell whether they exist objectively or not. Should these items become members of YMMV? Note: Audience Reactions need to be subjective, emotional responses and things that are likely to cause arguments and disagreements. Merely being outside a work or inside an audience don't make things YMMV
It's kind of like fandom trivia.
