@Marq: I was talking about male and female genital mutilation in Africa and Asia, or the Niqab in places controlled by the Taliban, I.E. Aberrations, not the norm for most societies.
Well, if that was what you're talking about, then pay me no mind. As you said, they're aberrations born out of extremist/literalist interpretations of the scriptures.
Oh, and Medinoc, I happen to have heard of a European woman (I think she was German) from a relatively well-off background who converted to Islam and wears the hijab a lot better than most Muslim women my mom knows (she's the one who saw the program on TV). So no, you don't have to be coming from a shitty life to see the one offered by Islam as a step-up.
That said, I propose moving this line of discussion to either the Religion thread or the Islamophobia thread, as it's getting really off-topic.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Let us focus on the lack of proper narrative in this comic.
I'm surprised at this point that Tats hasn't given something like that Barrackastar, or whatever Obama ripoff he has, a shallow depressing elongated story like every other character he's been forcing it on.
Don't give him ideas. The next election isn't for awhile. Depending on how that goes, there's a chance Tats will basically use the comic to throw a bitchfit over Hillary not getting nominated. Heaven only knows what he'd do if she was nominated and lost.
and new comic. http://www.sinfest.net/view.php?date=2015-11-27
Y'know, for those of us still following a certain internet crapstorm, seeing a comic like this come from an SJW is all kinds of ironic.

Technically, this doesn't impinge on his freedom of speech. While the second amendment protects people from government censorship, he hasn't said anything yet, so nothing's being censored. He's just being taken away for being a douche and possibly for approaching the anthropomorphic representation of a nation hold on how does that even work he's not the President why does he have a security detail okay I better not think too hard about this.
I'm just thankful it's not Humon's representation whenever I see representations of nations as people.
What's wrong with Humon? She flat out states that her versions are humoristic caricatures, not some "serious" versions.
wasnt forcing people off of public premises violating their constitutional rights?
I can amswer the paparazzi's question. No there were no moments of intimacy between Sam and Libby, why? No idea.
But yeah, he had the freedom of speech to ask these questions, and Sam has the freedom to not answer and demand some privacy.
Having a few service men forcefully drag the reporter off to Guantanamo or some other disturbing place might be a bit overkill though!
I doubt he'll get tossed there. He'll pop up again in no time.
You know, I am going to beat up some dead horse for now. We have been talking how Tat's tries to use fembots and what not for metaphors and how keeps failing?
Well, have some good use of metaphors.
EDIT
Oh yea, FEELZ

The words "Cyanide and Happiness" in the title should have been a clue there. They do that sort of crap.
@danime91 I think you mean FIRST amendment, not second.
We now return you to plot 746 with the Sexbots that represent women and being oppressed even though it can't be an accurate representation of that since they are sexbots and not people:
That bot is adorable, though
The last thing you hear before an unstoppable juggernaut bisects you with a minigun.Y'know, if Sexbots ever become an affordable thing I'm gonna send one to Tats' house that does nothing but continuously insult and degrade him for being born male. It's clearly what he wants in a partner.
Yeah, I'm gonna be blunt. This one is MILES above Maverick. If nothing else she's actually doing more to explore her freedom than Maverick ever did.
I think it's safe to say Maverick's belligerence can be attributed ENTIRELY on exposure to The Sisterhood's rage virus. It's literally the one thing separating the two.

Wait, that's a human next to the fembot?
Funny how it's the major deviation from the norm that's being hailed as a hero. The other fully sentient fembots are much more likable.
I have disagreed with her a lot, but comparing her to republicans and propagandists of dictatorships is really low. - An idiotIs Liberty actually.
So more like an anthropomorphic representation of the thing the statue she resembles is supposed to symbolise.
Or possibly just an anthropomorphism of said statue.
Here's hoping that the 'bot's owner shows up, tries to take her back, pushes Liberty down when she tries to stop him - and then Sam shows up and beats the stuffing out of him to protect the one he loves.
Here's knowing that Tats will NEVER let a male be heroic that way.

Platypi hold the secret to happiness.
maybe sinfest should pull an Emmerdale and kill off the majority of its cast.
that'd revitalize it. and let tatsuya focus on just a few characters and maybe keep things straight for a bit.
