^ Because any show that's set underwater is obviously a rip-off of the other major cartoon that's set underwater. Which obviously means that Sponge Bob is a ripoff of Snorks.

In other words, it's Sponge Bob Square Pants meets Phineas And Ferb in HIGH SCHOOL! I honestly don't have high hopes for this, but some more cartoons on the Disney Channel would be nice. Hopefully not stuff like this. And if they were going to do a Spongebob knockoff, shouldn't they have done it when Spongebob was actually popular?

Well, given that it's made by the guy who did Chowder (CH Greenblatt) I think it would be safe to say (Even though I haven't seen it) that if you liked Chowder, you'd probably like this show.

I liked some of the ads, but the actual show was unimpressive. It also bugs me that the time slot they picked in the LA Disney channel ate 90% of the chances a week I had to watch P&F during my free time. Couldn't they replace one of their crappy Live action things with this rather than P&F ? Meh, indeed.

I'm amazed at the amount of dislike here. You have the creator of Chowder and creator of Billy & Mandy teaming up to do an adorable show about fish loaded with quirky, weird humor and lots of great voice actors.
It's far funnier than Phineas & Ferb, for the life of me I still can't understand where the latter's rabid following came from...it's not a bad show, but it seems completely ordinary in every aspect. It feels interchangeable with any other show about children having wacky adventures.

Yeah, I'll attribute this show's failings to Chowder's creator rather than Billy and Mandy's (Whom needs to pick better associates).
To be honest I am just tired of the high school setting, it got old 3 seconds after Saved By The Bell premiered.

. From the ads I've seen, Fish Hooks looks like it could be a lot of fun. The cartoonishly photorealistic backgrounds are very unique, and the character animation looks really nice. But alot of people are putting this show down already, and since it's Disney it has a change of sucking.
