Finished phase 1 of my thesis reviews. Minor works, basically accented vowels and add UML to the chapter 2.

In case you're wondering, it's an analysis, design and development of an object oriented XNA video game.

I already used up both my meal plans today, but I'm still hungry. All I have are snacks, and I'm leaving for home in too short an amount of time to justify going shopping.

Also, I somehow managed to get sunburn on exactly one side of my body. I'm pale as snow on the other.

Absolutely nothing.

I start school in two weeks. Specifically, an intensive drawing class where I go through the whole thing in a few weeks.

My second cousin from Ireland who was staying with us the last month departed Bahamas Friday for a destination in the States, one step ahead of a request for 'assistance in the investigations' of the Guardia which was forwarded to the Nassau Chief of Police, our neighbor one house down the way.

A matter related to an errant automobile, one gathers.

Relatives. All I'm sayin'.

Can't believe my tropers are leaving me to hang out here on a "Me! It is all about me!" tip. Somebody hawk up an update and get me off the hook!

Just did laundry. Moved furniture into my increasingly slick apartment today. Had a good weekend with dad. Currently listening to Tor's theme, which is so metal it hurts.

I'm freakin' out over my procrastination when it comes to my schoolwork.

For a moment I felt better, then I clicked the link. The book is on my reading list now, once I find it, but that is not what I need right now! XD

Navigating the bewildering world of facebook for the first time.

I realized just now that I forgot a) my paperwork for my next doctor's appointment I have put off filling out for about two months, and b) the phone number and account number so I can actually has an appointment. Which then made me realize I actually have no idea where I even put that paperwork.

Incidentally, I think I'll be cleaning up the papers and stuff around my room next weekend...

Alas, she's a lit geek, not a tech geek. But she is majoring in Screenwriting once she heads to college in the fall. I can live with that.

Just got back from Corvallis, dropping off my sister. We went to WinCo there and I bought some chicken. Took photos with my really old SLR camera. I'm on the second roll of film today because after taking 23 photos on the first roll, the film advance stopped. I thought I could force one more shot out of the film, so I pushed the lever a little harder. As soon as I did that I heard a crinkling noise and the film wouldn't rewind. Roll ruined. Lesson: If you're out of film, you're out of film.

But my freaking hip hurts. And limping to compensate made my knee hurt. I don't know what to blame, but my right hip has been hurting recently.

Went to go see yet another today, decided I liked it (I already have an offer on it). Also, had a close call with mom's backup HDD — turns out the fan in the external case was seized and making the drive overheat. Phew.
