So, it seems there aren't any higher quality versions of that image. I can maybe mess with it in Photoshop, but I have no guarantees.

Basically, the image on the page isn't from the series. It's from some knock-off from a different You Tube channel with no association with the series the page actually covers.
I would suggest using a thumbnail form one of the actual series installments. This one is a personal favorite and doesn't have a huge number on it (still working on finding a better quality version of the image).
