In my own opinion, there are two problems with the current image:

The text is a little small. It's not impossible to read, but it might be difficult for some other readers (possibly those who are on mobile). It might be easier to read the text if we crop out the border and make it larger.
The image uses the entire strip. About Images and Copyright says that we can only show an excerpt of the strip and not the whole thing. While it doesn't have a copyright icon per se, the comic has been published in book form, which leads me to believe that it is copyrighted. I don't see how we can show only part of this strip without it losing its meaning.

Again, these issues are very subjective, so I don't know if this is an issue worth pursuing.

Yeah, that's an entire strip so it needs to go. The comic's material is so strident and controversial that pretty much anything we use is going to be Flame Baity so I'm voting to just use the title and call it good.

I was going to go ahead and add the title and call this done, but the uploader tool won't let me because the title image isn't tall enough. Can someone add enough dead space around it to make it 100px tall and make the background transparent?

Well, since no one stepped up, I've fiddled with the banner to make it fit the parameters. It's swapped in and tagged; locking up.
