Reporting a Disruptive Advertisement. Pat's Intern Blog.

This Ad Hijacks the screen by forcibly scrolling the screen down to view it. It has often appeared multiple times on the same page. When this happens the ads fight over the screen jumping up and down between their positions in a headache inducing fashion. I have seen this ad on this site while on completely separate computers in differing locations. Ranging from my computer at home to a publicly available computer in a library.

Is there any way to address this problem other than using the Report Advertisement button, which hasn't worked, or Add-block which I have this site white-listed on currently.
