Hell has an "agency" on earth, where they hire people to work for 7 deadly sins. What kind of powers would demons of 7 deadly sins give their employees so that they could do their job better? For example, people working for Lust would have an ability to shapeshift (or make it seem as if they are, like induce hallucinations).

Gluttony would have a endless stomach and the ability to induce hunger. Ravenous hunger.

Wrath would have something like a hate plague and be able to induce sheer fury in people.

Envy would be capable of many people act upon their ill desires towards others.

Sloth induces lethargy and takes the fight out of people

Pride could make people suicidally overconfident.

Like the Extreme Ghostbusters version of Ravana?

Princess Aurora is underrated, pass it on.

Sloth would be a Punch-Clock Villain... Who'd wanna work for them?

Echoing Silence You see, I was thinking more of a subtle power, that can help them make people sin, not do their whole job. Even Satan, according to Bible, can't make you sin, but rather tempt or manipulate into sinning.

Gluttony makes addictively good food. Envy can make voodoo dolls(disfigure people for their good looks, humiliate popular people, make them give up their wealth, etc). Sloth gives people telekinesis so they won't have to move.

Going off that, maybe utilize opposites, adding some level of Ironic Hell.

Sloth agents working tirelessly to create distractions for other people. Gluttony making tantalizing food/drink, but not getting to consume any.

Wrath agents provoking it in others, but making themselves the target of it in the process (and with the range of human responses, could be anything from passive-aggressive to genuine Complete Monsters). Similarly, Lust agents seducing others, but also could be victims of sex (and/or violence, given the blood-lust angle).

Envy would have it the best, since they would be people to be envious of; which would include the others agencies, creating conflict. Pride would have it the worst, being stepped on by everyone else, motivating more conflict. So the two end up mirroring each other.

For Greed, since it's so distinctly individualistic, maybe the joke is that it's understaffed, which ends up leaving itself wide open to theft and exploitation.

So that's the framework, anyways. Supernatural powers to make it work could then adapt to the situation.

Wrath would also employ trolls to go and start flame wars and generally stir up shit on the Internet. Lust would probably operate several porn sites. Sloth would actually make a bunch of clickbaity/time-consuming archive trawls to get people to spend more time reading pointless articles rather than do actual work.

The Internet is the weapon of the new age, after all.
