I don't think disambig pages are supposed to be made into indexes. They're just lists of pages that could be confused with one another, and so their titles usually contain the same word. It would be, as others have already said, a Search Generated Index.
I suggest linking to the index rather than making this an index. Though there doesn't seem to be an index, so I'd suggest proposing one in TLP like normal and de-index-ify the disambig page.

So, my plan would be to reinstate the index in Heart Symbol that I removed, and change Main.Heart to just disambig into the works, The Heart and Heart Symbol, letting people travel further along Heart Symbol if they need something deeper?
Unless anyone has a good name for an index of Heart-related tropes that wouldn't just be a Search-Generated Index?
'Cause Heart Tropes sorta sounds like it would be one... Or just a copy of the current, but saying "No connection to The Heart"... Which I suppose is an important distinction.

It seems Unsolved Mysteries was already changed into disambig, so let's discuss Abuse.
I think if Abuse would be a disambiguation page, it should have Abuse Tropes, VideoGame.Abuse and UsefulNotes.Abuse on it. I'd say it would work.

How about Calling Your Puke Shots. It'd make a good pseudo-subtrope of Gilligan Cut, and obviously is kind of a Comedy Dead Horse Trope.
The Three Stooges disambig sounds good, though I am surprised there's no creator page; didn't they do a lot of shorts as well, and the info might as well go there.
