The trope Those Two Bad Guys is described as "Those Two Bad Guys are a pair of bad guys who not only provide bloodshed, but also exposition in the form of conversation between them, not to be confused with Those Two Guys". In practice, it's just used for any kind of inseparable duo of villains, basically Those Two Guys who are bad. The trope should be either redefined or renamed.
