"The first two panels" is straightforward. But "the last three" is funnier. Panel three is unnecessary.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.The last three may be a little bit funnier, but I don't think it's the trope anymore. It's not like the doctor wants to sleep with her, unlike what the first two panels are conveying. I vote for 1+2. Well, even the first panel alone would illustrate the trope just fine, but it's funny with the second.

Panel 1+2
As an alternative, from What If? Red Sonja and Wolverine◊. (And no, Wolverine doesn't take advantage of the situation.)
I still prefer the original suggestion. It's concise, has more quality, and it's funny, which is pretty often a bonus.
I think that's plenty funny on its own as well as getting the trope across. The entire strip is gold, though.
The Wolverine one is an inversion: she'll screw him without him beating her in battle, but she won't allow herself to love him.
My vote is for Oglaf panels 1&2

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.She's lying on the ground after having already been defeated by Wolverine; her comment is a response to the fact that Wolverine hasn't killed her after defeating her.
Clock is set.
I'll add my support for 8.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The clock's up and we've got enough consensus for the first two panels, so that's up and tagged. Locking up.
This Oglaf strip was brought up in the Image Suggestion thread as a new illustration for this trope. I think it works, but the original uploader wasn't really sure what panels to suggest.
Personally, I think the first option is the most straightforward one.
