Okay, that's a lovely piece of fan-art, but the problem is that by now, none of those six pictured are "Background Ponies" any more, even though that's how they started. They are fully considered supporting characters, and their entries are on the corresponding characters page.
Voting for removal here; not sure if it should be moved to Friendship Is Magic: Supporting Cast – Ponyville or not.
