She's still young enough to where she loves her Dad unconditionally.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.It seems Sumire is going to be involved in the story. It was nice seeing Naruto & Mitsuki talikng
我が斬艦刀に断てぬものなし!The whole scene kinda felt like the "inviting your date to dinner with the family" trope. So I imagine shippers will love that.
Also Looks like Kakashi finally shows up next episode
GOH! JII! RAH!I'm pretty neutral on ships here but I'd gladly accept any circumstance that leads to Orochimaru and Naruto being awkward in-laws.
Orochimaru already congratulate them on the wedding and is allowed to walk around Konoha with his stalker Yamato. And set his son up in the first place.
The only way it'd get awkward is if Sasuke and Sakura were invited and Orochimaeu was there. Just imagine the weird innuendos and Orochimaru bringing up how he was inside Sasuke.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. So Sarada x Mitsuki would better comedy gold mine?
I am sure Orochi could tell few embarrassing stories from Sasuke adolescence...

Orochimaru's comedy bits were some of the best parts of those episodes. Morality and logic be damned.
I still cannot believe they have a person who has multiple crimes against humanity walk free, it's like a bad fan fiction.
More like sad reality.
Secret SignatureWhat Alekos said is right. That kind of thing is realistic.
But I give Orochimaru a pass because he's clearly the real hero of Naruto. Through mad science and child experimentation hard work and skill he made him ungodly hard to permanently kill and then became immortal like he always dreamed of.
Now he makes lab experiment clone sons and wants them to follow their own path instead of becoming a sexually ambiguous creepy snake wo/man thing like himself.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.
Then again this is the same guy (referring to Naruto) who easily forgave someone like Obito for all the crud he pulled, including killing his parents. The guy wants to create world peace, but the way he easily gives a slap on the wrist to villains is unrealistic.

Obito quite literally tried to kill himself to make it right and then spent the remainder of his life dying for them. Probably goes a few ways for them.
Nah see Orochimaru is still a better written character than Obito ever was.
And cause of all the horrible shit he did I don't consider Obito redeemed at all.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.@Omega
I agree with you on that fact, because of the fact that the way his so-called redemption was handled was clumsy and it was given to a character that should have been given the no mercy treatment instead of being seen as a misguided soul.
The last episode was awesome. Really liked it. Kakashi, Naruto ... Even Sumire was cool, and somehow ... I don't know. Evil Is Sexy & Sexy Back I guess.
我が斬艦刀に断てぬものなし!Even though she's an adolescent?
But man, Sumire rused us pretty hard. She played her role as Shrinking Violet perfectly, but I figured there was a reason she wasn't in the opening along with the rest of the current generation.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Boruto reminds me of Tsunade before she became Hokage- resenting the position of Hokage and counting as a fool anyone who would accept it, including her own grandfather.
That brief scuffle between Mitsuki and Sumire was pretty rad too, lots of tension and some pretty nice animation and choreography.
Also its fun to see after the Hyuga episode Boruto has stuck solely to open palms rather then closed fists.
how is boruto doing ratings wise?
New episode today, Talk no Jutsu prevails again. Also new outro!
Also, translation of the next few episode descriptions
- Episode 15 (July 12) – A New Path

GOH! JII! RAH!>Uzamaki family shenanigans
This is all I ever wanted when this series began.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.x2
Might want to spoiler that so that those who want to remain spoiler free can be safe from spoilers. That said, I'm probably going to check out once the Gaiden adaptation starts and then pop back in once it's over. Binging it'll probably make it less annoying to watch.
I'm going to be honest. I actually liked this arc and I've learned to appreciate Sumire's character as it went on, but I'm not that excited to watch an adaptation of the Gaiden. It is not that great and I have the feeling it is going to be a step down compared to Sumire and the Nue.
The next generation of the great shipping war, now between Sumire and Sarada. History repeats.

She's not at that difficult age yet.
