There's a scene from season 4 (I think) of DS9 where Bashir and O'Brien are stuck on a moon with a bunch of Jem Hadar all jonesing from K-white withdrawals.
Bashir is desperately working to find a cure, despite the risk of getting killed by a berserking J'H. So, O'Brien snaps him out of it by shooting the research station and sabotaging his progress.
