We have 419 wicks
to Cop Killer and 19 wicks to Cop Killer Manhunt. It doesn't look like we've done any cleaning yet, honestly. Are we keeping Cop Killer or are we converting it into a redirect to CKM?
I mean, if you consider a character who targets cops tropable enough, it could likely be kept so long as the manhunt examples are moved.
Then again, Cop Killer will need to be rewritten to reflect the change.

Looks like cleanup stalled. I'm a little unclear what, precisely the cleanup was, though. I think it's Cop Killer is supposed to be "someone who kills a cop," and Cop Killer Manhunt is "cops hunt down a guy who killed a cop." Is that right?

From OP, bold mine; the pre-existing term "cop killer" refers to a murderer who targets police. You do have the correct idea for Cop Killer Manhunt.

As this trope has been misused in line with a pre-existing term, it has been decided to transplant the description to a new title and redefine the original name.
