I can get behind that.
Plethora of problems here. First, the current pic on this page is a duplicate of Psychotic Smirk. Second, it's relying on text more than the image, which I'm not sure qualifies as a macro. Third, for some reason it's only partially translated. Fourth, it does jack all in illustrating the trope, it's just somebody looking smug.
