Ey, figured I'd do a normal, easier to manage text adventure. I may update Erudition, but that's a big maybe at the moment.

Similar to Homestuck, you may make silly commands, or ask to be another character. Wether it happens or not, no one can say.

> Begin Intro.

Long ago, every race, every species, lived in peace, and prosperity. Then, a species known as the Armalis came along and decided to screw things up, blah blah blah, fairy tale stories-

Look.

You don't have time for fancy poetry. You're naught more than a scavenger, and an average one at that, though you're utterly broke, as usual. But, in the Baron's utopia on this scorched, desert planet, where dreams go to die, everything is free, if you have the right access.

Now, here's a few average questions for you, little human.

Are you a boy or a girl?

What is your name?

On a scale of one to ten, how hot are you?

On a scale of one to ten, how smart are you?

On a scale of one to ten, how STRONG are you?

Note that you can't pick ten as a number.

This isn't our actual data, right? And we can't use non-binary characters, can we not?

>Boy

Well, at least that's the same.

>Ted Smith.

>9, 5, 7!

That'll work.

Your name is Ted Smith, and you are a scavenger on this rock. Your current level of access is Light Green, giving you access to the exterior of the Baron's paradise. Naturally, you're at the lowest level of access.

Sorry, let's go into a bit more detail. You're an 'exile baby', also known as an illegitimate child on Earth. The higher class regularly have them with the lower class, then exile them due to their ilegit nature, sending them off to midwives, usually mechanical. Upon being able to 'take care of yourself', the midwife ditches ya, off to search for another baby.

You've just turned eighteen, and as such, are a legal adult, in humanity's standards. You don't know how humanity got to this rock, and frankly, you don't care.

Your priorities right now are simple: Job, Shelter.

After all, in the Baron's world, all items are free, depending on the access level. It's food, that you'll be paid in. And hopefully, you'll be able to get shelter as a bonus, though being a hot, homeless bum has gotten you pity points among some ladies who have low standards. Though, come to think of it, they're always your access level, so they're in the same position.

Behind you is the city gate, to your right is a bar, dark alleyway, and a common slave shop. You're one step above those guys. Though, of course, you're too low ranking to even think of asking to purchase one. No, that's where demoted light greens go, to be sold.

To your left is another competing bar, another dark alleyway, and a small landing pad for cargo ships.

Straight ahead of you is the job assignment board, flanked by two cyborgs. Behind it are more buildings, and eventually, a massive wall with Yellow Access only maintenance hatches. Attempting to break in will get you enslaved, at best.

At worst? Well, death, or one of the Baron's alternatives, you think, and shudder, as you eye one Cyborg, its brainwashed brain in the metal casing.

Now, where are ya going first?
