Needs Help (updated crowner): Christmas Episode

We actually have a separate trope for Christmas Special; the current belongs there, not here.

As for replacements, there are tons of examples. Here are some to start off with: Glee◊, The Big Bang Theory◊, MST3K◊, The Office◊, The Dukes of Hazzard◊.

Good catch. I've moved that pic to Christmas Special and tagged both pages for this thread. As for the suggestions, for me it's MST 3 K = The Office > TBBT > the others.

That's interesting; I just wish the subs were a little easier to read. Even saving the source pics as PN Gs didn't help on resizing.

So what are people's issue with the Yuru Yuri one? I find it really odd it's voted down..

It's three (!) frames of just a person talking.

Yeah, not very succinct. In fact, most of the options on the crowner seem to be faltering, so we should really extend our net here.

Not really crazy about any of those...good for Image Links, though. Of the static pics, I lean toward TBBT most.

None of them say Christmas Episode they could easily be Christmas Special which is why we removed the last image.

The Yuru Yuri image is pretty much the only one that shows 'episode' by showing the Every Episode Beginning with one being Christmas themed.

Edit: Every Episode Beginning does not exist but Every Episode Ending does... odd.

That is NOT this trope at all, that is the poster child for bad Christmas Specials. This one is about an episode of a series that just happens to be set on Christmas, no special no message no nothing.

I like the Simpsons one...

I like the idea in 20, it says "episode of a series", but just a list doesn't look interesting. What's other visual shorthand for that?
