Im curious, is there any examples of these tropes combined? And how is this even possible, to make a POV character completely unsympathetic and evil?

I think there's an reason why this combination doesn't exist...The only reason I can come up with is that who would want to see an complete asshole be an complete asshole all the time? I'm guessing that it wouldn't sell very well if it gets past the censors.

As for the possibility of this combination successfully existing, it'll be next to zero. I mean you can try writing an story about an cruel warlord void of anything but the rape, pillage, burn, conquest mindset. But where will you go from there? Either your warlord wins and conquers everything, and lead and boring life; or he gets his ass at some point.

[up]What the hell you talking about?

There are several Villain Protagonists that are complete monsters.

  • Light yagami in the Manga of Death Note
  • Not important in hatred
  • Bill Williamson in Rampage
  • Alan yates in Cannibal Holocaust
  • Patrick bateman in American psycho
  • Henry of Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
  • Nemesis

[up] (TFW I and this website considers Light Yagami a complete monster and the creators don't.)

Tomie from Tomie is a definitive example of this, since the interpretation of her as a jerkass woobie is almost definitely unintentional.

Griffith is focused so much on in Berserk to be almost this, but he's overshadowed by Guts, and he is not this trope during the Golden Age Arc.

[up[up]]The dude from Nightcrawler too.

There's also an episode of The Twilight Zone with a nazi war officer and he is SUPER this.

I feel the only 2 ways to have an effective Complete Monster protagonist is have them start out as okay dudes like Light from Death Note, or Griffith from Berserk (Well, he's a smug narcissistic murderer but that's pretty good for Berserk standards.), with harmless or well-intentioned goals, and have them cast all good qualities away until they become a Complete Monster, or make a horror-comedy work like Tomie (Come on screaming stump heads ordering you to give you a piggyback ride are hilarious.) or American Psycho that represent negative aspects of humanity (Abuse, Yuppie culture.) . Otherwise it's very hard to really care what's happening.
