The above poster becomes a horror movie villain

What would he/she be like? What is their MO? Their weapon? Do they have supernatural powers, and which ones?

My guess is that he'd be a Mad Scientist of some sorts. One whose MO is something along the lines of reviving the dead, among other sorts of crazy experiments. His weapon of choice is likely either a scalpel, bonesaw, or syringe.

Affably Evil who always give the victims a fair chance to defend themselves or a chance to run, unlike most villains he uses a gun, more specifically a shotgun.

He looks and acts like a normal guy... but he's actually a badass, competent monster in disguise.

He seems like your ordinary veterinarian doctor, who has a fun-loving attitude, but he's trained his animals to kill, and isn't completely weak either. Has shades of a Mad Scientist and a Troll.

Revaryk here would be a classic hidden villain; the sort who looks nice and humble at first but has a dark, bloodthirsty underbelly that's just waiting to strike, and anyone (un)lucky enough to witness this first-hand and escape will have a hard time convincing anyone of the living embodiment of evil hiding right under their noses...

A Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds with a Friendless Background due to their ability to communicate with animals thought to be 'evil'. In a fit of rage, he summons an army of dangerous forest creatures to kill all the people in their village. This act condemns them to an eternity of walking the Earth as a ghost, who haunts anyone who lives in the area the village once stood, part out of sour memories and part out of rage from receiving a Historical Villain Upgrade through the ages.

A cold, emotionless Mad Scientist who enhances herself with her creations and code to kill. With her coding skills, she can reprogram an entire network's purpose into a weapon. She also has the tendency to just stare blankly at violence, rather than letting out an Evil Laugh.

A feral and vengeful God who reeks vengeance on some campers that desecrated her temple.

A Boisterous Bruiser serial killer who uses arms and explosives to kill people.

A hammy card carrying villain who runs a maze of death.

Kidnaps children and makes them do sadistic, deadly runs dressed as elves.

An insane war veteran who guns down innocents and will never stop until he gets his target.

A mysterious character who traps his victims inside video games and sends virtual monsters to kill them.

a 50 foot tall LEGO Humongous Mecha who crushes children into LEGO bricks, hence the origin of LEGO bricks.

An evil mastermind who kidnaps and performs experiments on young girls to try and turn them into real-life Magical Girls.

A Saw-style trap master who uses the bones of his victims to beat down the survivors.

A type of slasher-movie antagonist, like the Aliens from Alien.

She seems very sweet and innocent at first. She could even have been the Final Girl... until the true, unhinged colours are revealed.

An adorable girl, that is secretly an obsessed yandere.

A nice guy, who has a soft spot for ladies around his age! A really soft spot. Say, why don't you come inside? It's snowing, and you might catch a cold, miss!

Stay with me like the others.

A demented Eldritch Abomination who likes to screw with people For the Lulz. He may kill people if he feels like it.

A mad doctor who performs horrific experiments on people, including trying to hybridise their genes with those of predatory animals in order to create superhumans under his control. Has a wonderfully creepy Evil Laugh. Meets a Karmic Death at the hands of the very test subjects he created.

A Mad God using his/her army of zombies to plunge the world into darkness.
