That would fit better on the latter trope.
Current works on both tropes but I think it will be easier to find another pic for And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt than to find a suitable replacement for And Your Reward Is Clothes.

I don't think we're really gonna get around that, unless somebody can find a clearer way to illustrate And Your Reward Is Clothes.
Frankly, the similarity doesn't bother me, since the trope is the "cosmetic reward for completion of a video game" part, not the "lousy T-shirt" part.
