Misused: Actually Pretty Funny

Actually Pretty Funny is where someone begrudgingly admits a joke made at their expense is funny. However, many of the examples are someone laughing at a joke they don't want to find funny, often in the form of an authority figure scolding someone for bad behaviour while trying not to laugh at said behaviour.

I brought this up in Trope Talk while looking for a trope that fits the latter, with the idea of starting a YKTTW for something like "Damnit, That Made Me Laugh" Reaction and it was suggested I bring it here in case the definition of Actually Pretty Funny should be expanded to suit the misuse or a new trope started.
