It's now in several places instead of one. There's a link to upload images at the top of each page under the "More" button, at the top of the edit window, and at the top of each page in a thread in the Image Pickin' forum.

Basically my question is what it says on the tin. I'm trying to upload an image to use on a post but I can't find the image uploader in the new update.
