I built a collage for this one a few days back, but I can't post it right now.
I would counter-counterargue that the less healthy trope needs the image more, since as you say Bare Your Midriff should have numerous options. There shouldn't be a reason "trope prominence" has any bearing on which trope gets the image.
Keep the image on Bedlah Babe. This isn't about proliferation, but how well it visualizes a given concept. It's a lot more specific than Bare Your Midriff, which has far more variations and therefore more options.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Here's what I came up with.

That's good, since it shows several variations of the trope.
I like 5. Even shows a Rare Male Example.
''“You want a planet? I’ll give you a planet! Heck, I’ll give you your own solar system! No, I’ll give you a house... in Boca Raton!Nice. Support 5.
Me three.
5.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The trope isn't necessarily about showing off the navel. It's about showing the midriff/abdomen, which the ThunderCats part is doing just fine.
''“You want a planet? I’ll give you a planet! Heck, I’ll give you your own solar system! No, I’ll give you a house... in Boca Raton!Exactly...plus the art/animation in that show was never so detailed. Is everyone okay with the caption, before it goes up?
I'm cool with it.

Basically the same image as Bedlah Babe, except in medium shot and with a pink background. It should be easier to find an alternate image for this trope than for the other one, though the counterargument is that Bedlah Babe is a much less healthy trope and it would be odd for a more prominent trope to have its image changed because of a less prominent one.
