Only thing that bothers me about 14 is that Riker's wearing a DS9 uniform for some reason. (The uniforms in Generations were rather inconsistent about that, so I'm going to assume it's from that film.)

But then, 13 also has Troi in her non-standard uniform, so the same complaint applies to both - and between the two... eh, flip a coin?

I'm 99.9% certain that scene's from Generations, and there were different uniform styles all over the place.

I kinda want the caption to be him readying a counterattack against something like an Edit War or Flame War but that might be a little too meta.

I was thinking one of his catchphrases, honestly. A short exchange like

"Captain?"
"...Make it so."

Or maybe we could accomodate both, like

"Both parties of the Edit War are within range of our tractor beams, sir."
"Very good, Number One. Engage."

EDIT: Changed "Mr. Data" to "Number One" 'cuz Data's not actually in the shot

Something Picard actually did say in the episode Tin Man, and with a little tweaking could be applicable to misuse of The Captain trope.

I don't really think the image gives the right kind of context for that line to work.

A tweak to an earlier suggestion:

"Both parties of the Edit War are within weapons range, sir."
"Very good, Mister Worf. Attack pattern Banhammer - Engage!"

If he was doing the engage gesture I would be all for it but the image is just them starring at the viewscreen.

He isnt even ordering anything or gesturing anything so these don't work, which is why I voted against it and put forth another really.
