As #5 on Overdosed Tropes and a Trope Of Legend, it really should have an image.

I feel like I can't find anything good right now and will search more later, but just to start off with something here's three Greedo◊ Shot First images.

I don't think they illustrate the trope. Word of God is when an author makes a claim about an ambiguity that otherwise can't be positively verified in canon, not when a creator changes something in the work itself. That's just a Retcon by any other name.

The problem with the phrase "Han shot first" is that it implies Greedo shot at all.

Found a couple◊ of images◊ of prophets that might work with a decent caption.

Those illustrate the trope name and not the trope, which I think is worse than nothing.

I'm not sure how this could ever be adequately illustrated outside of some kind of lampshade.

But what about the time Lucas wore a Han Shot First shirt◊?

I find the ones in post six actively misleading.

I think this one should be left image-less unless we find something really good.

Yeah, not gonna risk it here. No suggestion convinces me.

The biggest problem I keep running into is that most the visual examples I can find are more like All There in the Manual and walls of interview text tend to look bad or violate the no memes guideline.
