Suggestion: Dragged By The Collar

I remember there was a previous discussion to change the image of the current because it came from an NSFW work and couldn't be potholed to, but the thread died out because the suggestions were too busy.

Here's a new suggestion from PHD, which is much simpler than the ones from the previous thread and (I think) is just as clear as the current: First panel of this◊.

The problem is that there's no dragging, just being jerked away...it's alright but I think I prefer the current.

For me the trope covers "being jerked away", so .

Current is okay. I doubt that everyone knows where it comes from.

While I like the suggestion and think it does apply, I think the current still has the edge by explicitly showing the dragging away.

I think the current is fine, the work itself is not the basis for pulling an image. We have plenty of images from NSFW works but the images themselves are clean.

That is the way the trope is most often portrayed and the complaining helps massively.

That is far more extreme than this trope is normally presented, that is not so much being dragged away so much as fighting back.

This trope normally does not fight back like that, they just get dragged away usually with their arms trying to grab X and such while they are limp or just going along with the flow feet wise.

Like this◊ getting dragged away by the arm while the other one instinctively trys to grab or point, but she still goes. or this◊ where she just gets dragged away but doesn't actually put up a fight.

Does it matter if the person being dragged is fighting back or not? The point of the trope is that they're being forcefully dragged away.

I would say it does matter, They maybe be doing it unwillingly but they DONT actually fight back and just accept the situation if reluctantly and/or being very whiny about it. They usually accept because they know the 'dragger' is absolutely correct or unwilling to fight it.

I think current's fine and none of the suggestions top it IMO, so my vote is for keep.

Current is good enough. Throwing a suggestion anyway, if we don't want examples from unlinkable works.

This page, second panel from ''Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun'". Maybe we need to crop the girl's head on the left though.

None of the suggestions are an improvement over the current, and I don't think the lack of potholing or the source work are problems at all.
