Postponed Question looks like it was meant to be a sister trope of sorts to Tell Me Again, part of the suite of expository dialogue tropes under As You Know that serve to bring the audience up to speed. Going from its definition, it's really just Tell Me Again minus the Again.
I actually kind of like the underlying idea — I've often felt thrown by characters eschewing the cursory Hand Wave of Tell Me Again and launching into discussions that logically ought to have started much earlier — but it has literally zero examples, and only 5 wicks. I only came across it because I was skimming every trope in the Exposition index.
