Poor Image: Polar Opposite Twins

In the current the "polar" factor is unclear and has a caption too long.

A possible suggestion: Dipper and Mabel from Gravity Falls. [1]◊

I think something with identical twins would work better. That looks more like "Polar Opposite Siblings".

Agreed with everyone. Personally, I think current is fine. Could be better, could be worse. They're clearly twins, and in a scenario, one reacts with a weapon, the other is clearly trying to make peace.

Suggestion just says Sibling Yin-Yang.

Not as strong as current IMO: the "opposite" bit is not as pronounced at first sight (current actually shows an action dictated by their respective personalities: the personalities bit is an important part of the trope); plus it looks a bit busy.

As for the caption problem, what about this simplified version (also has the advantage of pointing out their opposite taste of clothes):

"Frilly Ingenue and trendy Girl with Psycho Weapon argue on the way of dealing with mascarade brokers."

I unfortunately couldn't find a better quality version of #15 but it's not as noticeable after it's resized◊.

Honestly, lateral move at best, not a lot different than, say, [1] or [2] to take the same chars as current.

I think it's the strongest suggestion so far. The current relies entirely too much on the caption to work; all you get from the image is one twin stopping another twin from resorting to violence for whatever reason. We have no idea if this is because their personalities are diametric, or they're playing Good Cop/Bad Cop, or one just objects to recklessness, etc.

22.1 just looks like they have a different fashion sense. 22.2 is sort of similar to the new suggestion with a Tomboy and Girly Girl dynamic, but the body language in 21 is much more divergent.
