Casper does more with less.
The only "friendliness" from the DK one comes from dialogue. Casper is clearly friendly from body language.
Now, I'd like something a bit less trope-namer-y, but OP's is definitely a good image.

I do have access to a more "traditional" Casper, nailing up a sign which says "If you want to have friends, be one" but the OP is good enough so I support it.

How about "If you want to have friends, be one" as a quote? If not that, then I can't think of anything suitable.

If that's a quote of his, I'm fine with that.
It's definitely from one of the early Casper stories.
As I said earlier, he's nailing up a sign with that quote on it at the opening of the story. That's the cue for The Ghostly Trio to kick both him and his sign out of their haunted house which launches the story proper.

This is really a no-brainer. First suggestion:
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"
