… Boy that was a spectacular flop, wasn't it.
Chap 19 is out where Windchime takes an unusual amount of abuse. That Goose is scary alright.
Kenzaki and Rin make such a horrible couple it's kind of hilarious.
First chapter in a while. Huh… I guess we know why the boss is called "Mama", now.
And now Windchime is Beatrice I guess. >.> I WISH I COULD FALL IN LOVE AND DIE.
Chap 26 up too. Where Shige-san is playing "How many death flags can I raise in one dialogue?" But at least we learn a bit more about the immortals' death by old age.
It's pretty clear that Citrus and the other kimono girl have an agenda that Mama doesn't know about.
Wondering if Mama is gonna reveal just how badass she is, and break out her daughter, Faucet, Snow White, and Goose. She clearly needs to free her "A Team" if she wants to get results. The "B Team" are horribly pathetic.
I'm thinking it was Mama, not Windchime, who rescued the Vector that Kenzaki is hunting.
Considering Mama's current state, I'm starting to wonder if she really has any control over the organization to begin with…
My guess is that she'll realize maybe she doesn't completely consider her daughter as a piece of trash.
…Otherwise, good news, IH is coming to France in october.◊ \o\ With the best publisher there is, to boot. Although their taking the English title once again pisses me off.
Chapter 27 is out. Shige-san's death flags are confirmed… but he's not the one who dies. It's the pill that killed her, isn't it…
Chapter 29 got us an official ship underway and some fan service to boot.
Seems like Windchime will be back in action as well. Some interesting things ahead, that's for sure.
Oh right, Yasohachi Ryou used to be a hentai artist. He wanted to remind us it seems. It's a pity hook-ups don't happen this way in romcoms.
Wakabayashi's plan is cool and all, but how are they gonna make sure the EA's don't turn on them the second Rin is out?
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.I don't think they said anything about freeing ALL the E As, only Rin. As for making sure, they can just keep her restrained, I guess, since she won't have any weapons or sci-fi gadgets and her regeneration is slow. Besides, I get the feeling she wouldn't make a big fuss about cooperating anyway.
I'm more interested in how the hell they want to get to her through the UNDO base, when three E As including Goose failed horribly.
No, I mean, Wakabayashi intends to have the EAs (or what remains of them) copperate with them in order to get Rin out. But they might not want to cooperate after that.

...Yeah, there was 0 chance Kenzaki was gonna fall for that. I didn't expect Mama to show up like this though.
For the English version, Vertical has them out.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Pricey like you wouldn't believe though.
...Still, cheaper than I'd imagined manga would be.
Now ain't that a kick in the pants.
Just read volume 6, where the big reveals start. So from what I get, the immortals' world is basically a Matrix where there life is determined from beginning to end and "resurrection" is just a corrective mechanism when someone dies before they're supposed to. The vectors who come from outside are like a massive glitch or virus that the System wasn't designed to manage, so it can't "correct" their deaths, nor the deaths of those that came in contact with them.
It confused me at first, but it actually kinda makes sense from what we already knew… Also, the action was pretty badass. And I found Karigane making Misago discover the "taste of women" pretty funny. It's nice to see Rin back too.
The reveals of this volume make the conflict generally more interesting and compex. We're not sure who we're supposed to be rooting for now…

Or "How to Cure a Cold with a Bullet".
For those who don't know, the series takes place in a world where everyone is immortal − except for a few people called "vectors" who contracted a disease called SDR, which makes them, well, normal humans.
The story follows the indirect confrontation between Kazama Rin, an "escape artist" whose job is to protect vectors, and Kenzaki Shin'ichi, a policeman whose job is to find and arrest them. She's an emotionless Action Girl, he's a grumpy and ruthless cop, and they happen to work in the same police unit. Under them are bumbling sidekicks Facet and Wakabayashi, who don't take themselves quite as seriously. Mind games, mysteries, gore, and a healthy dose of Black Comedy ensue.
There are 18 translated chapters so far. Anyone is following this? =O
