I'm inclined to agree; 3.3. is the best of those.

Some things that could go there might be:
- Aku in one of his more intimidating moments.
- Infected Jack in "The Aku Infection".
- Just about anything from "The Haunted House" (the demon, the family at the dinner table, or the scenes of the family being assimilated by the demon)
