For starters, there's currently a drought warning in California and the restrictions are scheduled. It's worth noting that San Diego's had a "turn sewage into drinking water" act but I quickly lost interest due to the lack of common sense. Why not build an desalination plant instead of a stadium? But wait, too much salt in the ocean is bad for marine life. There's is an third option: Importing H 2 O, but that's already underway...Quite the quandary isn't it?
