The name of this trope comes from a rather outmoded idiom, an old one, but one that hardly sees much use since the 19th century. If one is unfamiliar with the idiom or the fable that inspiired it, the name is simply confusing and incomprehensible on its own.
Couple that with it having less than 200 inbounds since 2012 and being in very few articles.
