^ Maybe it's my knowledge of the movie talking, but while I was searching I didn't think Louis actually looked evil enough compared to the OP. He sure looks angry, but evil?

In that image I'd say he does. He's crawling with an insane look in his eyes while wielding a hatchet.

I have to agree; the others either have too many distracting elements or don't show the "evil" clearly enough.
I think 8.1 is by far the best suggestion from those posted, although this other picture
◊ of Chef Antoine might be even better. It used to have a subtitle reading "It's true what they say... tastes like chicken." which could make a good caption
