The scene when Neo becomes The One in The Matrix. Still gives me chills every time I watch it:

So, I was rewatching Casablanca and the famous scene where Laszlo has a whole club of Frenchmen outsing some Germans with "La Marseillaise" really hit me - it's just such a good combination of editing, screenplay, and awesomeness that it, for me, is the best movie scene of all time.
What is it for you guys? If you could only watch one scene for the rest of your life, what would it be? What is, for you, the greatest scene of all time?
